BECOMING A LOCAL COORDINATOR (IN IRELAND) MEANS YOU WILL:
- Help to find local host families
- Help to find post primary local schools
- Support host families throughout the year
- Support exchange students throughout the year
Step 1
Application: potential Coordinator are guided through the application process by Always staff.
The process includes: an online application, an interview, a background check.
Step 2
Review, sign, and return the Local Coordinator Agreement.
Step 3
Training: Once accepted, the coordinator will do a training, which includes requirements, rules and knowloging of our services and programmes.
Step 4
Networking: After their training the new coordinator can begin to find host families and high schools in their community, and then match the families and the schools with exchange students.
Step 5
Support: Throughout the exchange year, the coordinator support those host families and the students.
